As a second-generation realtor, Tim possesses in-depth knowledge of every aspect of his trade, and he has the credentials to back it up. After working with his father in Boulder real estate as a young man, Tim attended Southern Methodist University where he received a degree in Business & Real Estate. He then worked in Commercial Real Estate in Phoenix for five years before returning to Boulder to partner with his father in Goodacre & Company.
